Sales Manager
As Co-Founder and Sales Manager at Rooftop Relief, Jerry brings an extensive background in both sales as well as the roofing industry. Jerry specializes in customer interactions, building and managing the sales team, as well as everyday operations of the company. His main focus is making sure that from the first communication to the completed project, the customer is satisfied. Outside of work, Jerry enjoys doing real estate and attending sporting events & concerts.
Ryan Collins
Lead Technician
As Co-Founder and Lead Technician at Rooftop Relief, Ryan brings years of experience in the roofing industry. Ryan oversees inspections, detailed insurance communication, and the everyday operations of the company. With extreme attention to the details of each project, Ryan ensures that from the inspection to the installation, all operations run smoothly. Outside of running the company, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities with family & friends.
Paul Jackson
Production Manager

Mark Rastani
Marketing & Operations
As the Head of Marketing & Operations at Rooftop Relief, Mark plays a key role in driving the company's growth and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. With over 10 years of experience in marketing and operations, Mark specializes in building systems and strategies that support both the team and the customer experience. From overseeing marketing campaigns to streamlining internal processes, he helps keep everything aligned and running efficiently. Mark brings a hands-on, results-driven approach to his work and is always focused on improving how the team serves homeowners. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Sydney, and son Luke.

Brittany serves as the backbone of our administrative team at Rooftop Relief Roofing. As a vital part of our office support, Brittany ensures that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. Whether it's managing paperwork, providing thorough communication with insurance companies, or providing excellent customer service, her attention to detail and dedication keep our operations flowing smoothly. With a friendly attitude and a problem-solving mindset, Brittany is always ready to lend a helping hand to both clients and team members alike. In her free time, Brittany loves spending time with family, traveling, and being outdoors!
